Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Care Executive – International Voice Process

Minimum 6 month experience in BPO sector mandatory.

Location – Gurugram, Sector18

Working Mode – Work From Home (Only Candidates residing in Delhi/Gurgaon can apply)

Preferred Profile:

· Graduate and UG candidates both can apply. More preference will be given to graduates.

· Must have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector with valid documents such as offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last 3 months salary slip.

· Must have good communication skills.

· Must have good command in English

Working Schedule :

· 5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week off.

· Shift timing is of 9 hours including 1 hour break.

· Casual leaves will not be entertained for the first three months after joining apart from week offs.

** Candidates with heavy MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

Perk and Benefits:

· Salary Structure: 26k ctc – 35k ctc.

· Cabs will be provided to candidates who reside within the hiring zone.
